- We always act in a competent manner, in good faith, with the highest expert care, honestly, politely, helpfully, and in accordance with good manners.
- In no way we will ever harm the legitimate interests and rights of our clients through our acts; we are obligated to enforce the principles of coequality and impartial negotiation with everybody no matter of their race, religion, nationality, sex, or age.
- We choose only such procedures that do not abuse our status to the disadvantage of our clients.
- Without the client’s consent we will not release any confidential information (generally accessible) provided by the client even after the termination of our cooperation; we are obligated to keep reticence to any third party about our business cases, even when they are terminated.
- We do not participate in any activity, directly or indirectly, that might be interpreted as seeking or extorting of bribes, illegal commissions, or other payments or benefits.
- When it is in the interest of the client we cooperate with other estate agents. In such cooperation we deliberately don’t harm the given estate agent; we respect the principles of good cooperation, courtesy and collegiality.
- We don’t pursue any business activities, directly or indirectly, that might rival the subject of the company’s business or might be in conflict with the relevant legal provisions.
- We always act to the benefit of the company that we represent.
- We will not take any financial amount or any resources or property of the company, co-workers, clients, or business partners to our own benefit or needs.
- We are aware of our responsibility in doing business on the real estate market and therefore we keep improving ourselves in all areas of our real estate activities.
