According to the requirements set by our client (the future investor) we can secure land in the preferred locality. The land is selected according to the possibilities regarding its the future use or according to the valid administrative documents and within the bounds of the legislative possibilities covering its eventual usage.

Feasibility study
For the selected land we will compose a feasibility study based on which it will be possible to choose the most appropriate usage with regards to the economic valorization of the land. The study complies to valid regulations stated by the ground plan.
